Introduction to Mediumship Workshop

Chakra Meditations

Description: Theresa Rose is leading a brand new meditation series on manifesting through the chakras. This series is different than her most previous one as she is guiding participants through the downward journey of the manifestation current over the next seven months. The series started in the crown chakra in March where we open up to the unlimited possibilities available to us for co-creation, and will finish the journey at the root chakra, where our visions for the future can start to take physical shape in the now.

Club Kimono Discussion Group

Description:
Club Kimono gives local women of all ages, backgrounds, shapes and sizes an opportunity to get together on a regular basis to share personal stories of body acceptance, health, addition, love, sex, raising children, career, grief, and many other universal challenges each of us face. Theresa Rose will facilitate provide inspiration and guidance, and read a selection or two from her currently unpublished collection of humorous messages titled Opening the Kimono: A Woman’s Intimate Journey through Life’s Biggest Challenges. Club Kimono discussions are intended to develop strong bonds of community and friendship, promote empowerment and healing and most importantly, have fun!

This isn’t a pity party—it’s an opportunity to joyfully recognize the many gifts underneath our gunk.
The inaugural Club Kimono meeting will be held on Thursday, May 22nd from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The topic to be discussed will be body image and role models we had as children. There is no cost for this event but cash love donations to cover expenses are graciously accepted and appreciated.

Belly Dancing Workshop
Wednesdays in May starting May 21st, 6:30 - 8:30 PM

Cost: $100 for 8 weekly session

6:30 pm - 7:30 pm Basic Belly Dance
* Class Description: Do you want to learn how to slink and shimmy? Looking for a wonderful way to make new friends, feel amazing, be creative and get into shape? Then come learn to belly dance with Misha!
This class will cover the foundations of belly dance including proper posture, basic movements, and technique. And of course we’ll *dance* too!

7:30 pm - 8:00 pm Dynamic Drills
* Class Description: Tighten up your technique with Misha’s (in)famous drills class! Hardcore movement drills at their best!

8:00 pm - 9:00 pm Slink & Shimmy Mixed Level
You know the moves, now learn how to put them all together! This 8 weeks we will focus on dancing and the technique of taking the moves and making them flow together. Misha will teach students a fun Oriental style choreography and combos as we concentrate on presentation and performance. Even if you never want to take the stage, you can learn this fun dance!
